“Cycle” through our inventory of French Lick bike trails!

We all want to ride our bicycles! The French Lick and West Baden areas are perfect for bike riding of all types. Bike rentals are also available at French Lick Resort in case you or someone in your party happened to forget theirs at home!

Biking at French Lick Resort

French Lick Resort has over 13 miles of trails on their property. This is a great way to view the beauty of the towns of French Lick and West Baden. Paved riding, whether you’re on a surrey or individual bikes, The Ferguson Trail (1 mile), Sand Creek Trail (2.75 miles), or the Dry Hollow Trail (1 mile) are great ways to enjoy some casual riding with family.

OCCVB_082012_A0174For the more rambunctious mountain bike rider at French Lick Resort, head down to the Buffalo Trace Trail (5 miles) and the Waterfall Trail (3.8 miles). These trails have some great climbs and scenery. The trails have also been carved out of the side of Mt. Airie.

There are some great bike trails in the Hoosier National Forest. From beginner tracks to technical, there is no better way to connect with nature! Our recommendations consist of: Lick Creek Trail, Shirley Creek Trail, Youngs Creek Trail, and Springs Valley Trail. Definitely take the time to hit a few of these trails up and let us know what you think!

Biking at Patoka Lake

For cyclists looking for a smooth paved trail that will take you through Patoka Lake Look no further! The trail branches throughout the park and gives you a great opportunity to get some exercise without having to worry about getting stuck in the mud!
